  • Abraham Lule

    Born and raised in México, Abraham Lule is an Art Director in Brooklyn, New York where he has his Lettering and Packaging Design studio. Nevertheless, before becoming a professional Designer, he was a Dance teacher. Abraham choreographed and coached for Competition Dance studios in México for over 10 years, leading him to open his dance studio in 2008, where he had the honor to direct the National Dance Team (2015,2016) before moving to NYC. Today, he's the co-founder of Momen, an itinerant dance movement in New York City founded in 2020 alongside his husband, Al Blackstone and remains in love with Dance.

  • Alexia Acebo

    Tampa native and first generation Cubana-Americana. Seen on stage in the Broadway National Tours of Wicked and Chicago the Musical, West Side Story (Broadway Sacramento and Houston Grand Opera), On Your Feet! (The Muny), and NBC Upfronts at Radio City Music Hall. She has also appeared on screen in EPIX ‘Bridge & Tunnel’ and Marcus Mumford & Major Lazer’s ‘Lay Your Head on Me’ and more.   • Anakeiry Cruz

    Anakeiry is a Dominican-born, NYC-based dancer. She has trained at the Martha Graham School, NYU Tisch Pre-Professional program and Broadway Dance Center’s Professional Semester. Some of her credits include: Fall for Dance, American Dance Festival, Disney+ and Broadway Bares.

  • Brando Ortiz

    Brando Ortiz (he/him) is an Ecuadorian choreographer, dancer, and educator from Queens, New York. In May 2024, Brando graduated from Adelphi University with a BBA in Business Management and BFA in Dance. Currently, he is on faculty at the Steps on Broadway Academy and several other competition studios. Brando has presented work at ACDA, The 2023 Young Choreographer’s Festival, Steps on Broadway, inROUND, Motion Blur Film Festival, and more. Brando created his own company, Ortizta Dance, in an effort to create more work and bring together a group of artists he feels can bring his visions to life.

  • Carlos Falú

    Carlos Falú, a dancer, teacher, and choreographer from San Juan, Puerto Rico, blends Jazz, Ballet, Contemporary, Hip Hop, and Latin styles into a movement language that bridges tradition and innovation. He received a 2024 LATA Award from Héctor Luis Sin Censura for his work at Fuerza Fest "Conexiones Efímeras" . His credits include The Buena Vista Social Club (Broadway, Dance Captain), ILLINOISE (Tony Award for Best Choreography), Bradley Cooper’s Maestro, Spielberg’s West Side Story, Bad Bunny’s tours, and collaborations with other artists. He also performs with contemporary dance companies and teaches internationally.

  • Cesar Segovia

    Cesar Segovia, a professional dancer and choreographer from Quito, Ecuador, has trained internationally in ballet, contemporary, jazz, street styles, hip hop, and heels. A graduate of Ballet Nacional de Ecuador, Smirnov Academy, and Broadway Dance Center, he has worked with renowned artists including Yanis Marshall. Cesar has choreographed for large-scale events such as Gay Pride (2019), DRE’s Concert, and numerous national television shows including The Voice and MasterChef. Recognized as one of Ecuador’s leading ambassadors of Heels dance, he founded the César Segovia Heels Experience, teaching and performing in international workshops while continuing to expand his career in the U.S.

  • Cristal Del Mar

    Cristal Del Mar is a dancer and choreographer from Puerto Rico. In Puerto Rico, Cristal has participated in numerous productions and musicals. She went on to train at Broadway Dance Center and Steps on Broadway in NYC. In NYC, she has  performed in works by Ashle Dawson, Michelle Barber, Amanda Turner, Daniela García and Luis Salgado. As a teacher and choreographer, Cristal has taught classes at Broadway Dance Center, Dance Project of Washington Heights and with Salgado Productions. Her choreography has been presented at Jazz Choreography Enterprises, Alpha Omega Theatrical Dance Company, Anthology33, Fuerza Fest and Café con Rumba.

  • Israel Harris

    Israel Harris is a Hispanic, Latino American born in Mixco, Guatemala and raised in Bellevue, WA. He is now a Brooklyn-based freelance artist, dancer, choreographer, and instructor. He graduated from NYU Tisch School of the Arts with a BFA in dance and minors in Psychology and Hebrew and Judaic Studies. Israel trained abroad with Judith-Sanchez Ruiz, Meg Stuart, Leila McMillan, Shahar Binyamini, and Ohad Naharin, performed feature roles in works by Wayne McGregor and Ronald K. Brown/EVIDENCE, danced in works by Lar Lubovitch, Ori Flomin, Luca Renzi, and Valeria Gonzales/VALLETO Dance, performed with Eryc Taylor Dance, DanceAction, and the Isadora Duncan Dance Foundation, and assisted Sidra Bell with the Second Avenue Dance Company in 2019. Israel is a company member with Seán Curran Company, Drye Marinaro Dance Company, and represented by the Movement Talent Agency.

  • Sashalie Rios & Dianne Cano

    Sashalie Rios & Dianne Cano are proud former residents of the 305- Miami, FL where graduated from New World School of the Arts College with a focus in modern dance & dance performance. Since moving to NYC (2018 and 2022 respectively) they have worked professionally in concert, theatre and commercial spaces. Former collaborators include LaHa Dance Group, Eryc Taylor Dance, Luis Salgado, Charlie Sutton and more. A many time collaborative duo they are thrilled to be presenting work at Café con Rumba once again with their first fully co-choreographed piece. Sash also serves as rehearsal director while Dianne is supporting from afar- currently contract at Cornwells Dinner Theatre. ¡Pa’tras ni para coger impulso!

  • Yasmyn Sumiyoshi

    Yasmyn is a proud Mexican/Indian/Japanese artist from San Antonio, Texas currently residing in NYC. She recently made her professional Movement Director debut with the new play, This is Government, which ran Off-Broadway at 59E59 Theatres. Yasmyn has also presented choreography in the Dancers Who Choreograph Showcase,The Choreographer’s Collective, and The Black Box Movers Showcase. Some performing credits include A Chorus Line, Rent, Frozen, and The Little Mermaid all at Theatre Under the Stars. Additional credits include LEGACY: A Night with Maria Friedman at Broadway’s Hudson Theatre, and Encore! (Godspell Episode) on Disney+.   • Yepez

    Yepez is the proud son and grandson of Ecuadorian and Colombian immigrants. His training began in South Florida followed by earning a BFA in Musical Theatre/BA Dance dual degree from SUNY Buffalo. Favorite choreographers he has worked with in NYC & regionally are Reed Luplau, Mike Esperanza, Mikey Sylvester, Luis Salgado, Talia Putrino, Lisa Stevens, and Gerry Mcintyre. Performance credits include Walnut Street Theatre, Engeman, GALA Hispanic Theatre, I Put A Spell On You!, Royal Caribbean & more. As a choreographer he has set numerous pieces and taught for studios & companies across New York, New Jersey, and more. Huge thank you to Sofia, Valentina, and Café con Rumba for showcasing Hispanic & Latine artists. Love to my friends & familia for your support.

  • Special Guest: Andres Guerra

    Venezuelan composer, arranger and not-so-classical guitarist Andres Guerra is a New York City based concert artist who aims break down the stigmas of classical music and bring his multi-faceted musical and artistic influences forth to shed a new light on the classical guitar. He has shared the stage and collaborated with a wide variety of artists, some of the caliber of Grammy-winning Carlos Vives, Erika Ender (songwriter of “Despacito”), 8th Blackbird, Aida Cuevas, Berta Rojas, Paquito d’ Rivera and the Simon Bolivar Symphony Orchestra of Venezuela.

  • Special Guest: Facundo Ortigoza

    Facundo Agustín is an Argentine performer based in New York City. His credits include Botiquin de Boleros (Gala Theatre, DC), Momia en el clóset—for which he received Broadway World’s 2024 Best Supporting Performer in Musicals recognition—In The Heights (Bristol Riverside Theatre), On Your Feet! (Second Broadway National Tour, John W. Engeman Theater), and A Tango Dancing Cinderella (Teatro SEA). He has performed at the Queer Tango Festival of New York, The Gauntlet at Rockefeller Center, and Telemundo Upfront 2022 Turn It Up. In Argentina, he appeared in Smokey Joe’s Café, Pasión bohemia, Yiya, un té musical, and collaborated with renowned artist Valeria Lynch at Teatro Gran Rex. With Micro Theater New York, Facundo directed En el país del encierro todo es mágico and directed/performed in No me arrepiento at Festival UNI2, which earned the 2022 ATI Award for Outstanding Actor in Musical Theatre.
